Web Marketing Workshop comprises a small but dedicated team of experienced professionals who are passionate about getting the best results for our clients. Our customers deal directly with the people doing the work for their website, so we immerse ourselves in your business and market to look for the opportunities and results we all want to achieve.
Clive Hawkins
Clive is the founder and owner of Web Marketing Workshop. Having initially worked in direct marketing, the advent of online marketing was an easy step to take and adapt to the data driven marketing opportunities of this new medium. He first started marketing websites in 1996 as the web began to develop, and set up an SEO business in the UK in 2000.
Since then, Web Marketing Workshop has grown into an established and well-respected business in the UK and also in Australia from 2006. Clive has developed the business to align with the ever changing market, as well as continuing to provide the core values of trust and integrity with clients. He has also provided training courses since 2002 and runs a regular series of one day courses at the University of Sydney.
Paul Davidson
Paul is the Senior Search Marketing Account Manager at Web Marketing Workshop. Having previously worked at De Beers, he joined the company in 2008 and has a range of Google AdWords qualifications, including in his specialist field of Google Shopping and product feeds. He also has a strong focus on Google Analytics and conversion optimisation, with the primary objective of producing a healthy ROI from AdWords for our clients, which is reflected by customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Paul has experience in managing numerous client accounts of all sizes and takes pride in communicating effectively at all levels, providing quick and clear feedback which is paramount in producing the optimal results for our clients.
Sue Hawkins
Sue manages the company accounts and reporting functions, and is happy to take a backroom role to help keep the business running smoothly so that the core focus can be on the customers’ marketing needs.
She has been closely involved with the business since its launch and, in between undertaking various volunteer roles for charitable organisations, Sue is never happier than when the books balance and the monthly reports for clients show another month of positive results!
